Two Heads - ONE MONSTER - FUCKING YOU. DAILY...

The rhetoric of corporate politicians will not end after November 4th and neither will our opposition to it. There is no finish line in the struggle for justice, nor is democracy something which only occurs once every four years. Stay tuned to VoteNader.org to see how you can get involved after the election. The Nader/Gonzalez political force looks forward to not only keeping this movement of the people going, but in expanding it in the following months as we shift our focus from the executive to the legislative branch. (From the title of this post, I thought it was going to play off the tired old [big and small] wisecrack.)

We (not including Alice) may fuck ourselves through our own complacency. Naomi Klein warned of this in a speech at the National Conference for Media Reform last June. She was awesome, and we gave her a standing ovation.

Here is another quite recent exhortation from Naomi:

Get some rest. We gotta get busy right now.

Happy Sunday.. !

It is a pisser...once the magic moment happens when the people stand up straight and tall to the elected thieves, liars and cheaters...we'll wonder what took us so long....

Maybe..?

T says the hotel she knows is comfortable (and affordable) is the Luxor, a triangle (pyramid?)-shaped hotel that seems to have a phony Egypt theme going on. It is on the monorail, and it's pretty close to the airport. T is good at finding packages that decrease hotel rates. These don't include casino gambling; that kind of gambling interests neither of us.
Vermont is where I lived and worked and did my monastic year before T and I figured it would be easier just to sleep in the same bed every night.
It is.

Hasta soon

Hidey ho -

Luxor is 104.99 on hotels.com for May 27 - 31.

Sahara (bibi says ick on sahara but it's close) is 34.99. And Hilton is 50 something....

She said the airport is close and a bus is 1.75 to her place - but 25-30 in a cab....

I only gamble with the change I save from my purse everyday. I think I have about 30 dollars saved up so far. We have a casino near here that we go to sometimes with our change... I like to see my mother in law's head rolling around on The Munsters slot machine.. *hee hee*

The drive is so long from here that I'm looking at air flights now...otherwise the drive is two days to and fro...

We'll get it together... :)
