Helmut, a rambunctious and allegedly evil killer kitten came inside with this huge bird in her mouth. Thank the universe that Pierce was there to rescue the birdie and she is now resting comfortably in a large cage. She is a pretty serene bird. Pierce did reiki on her and she seemed to fall into a blissful sleep. I, of course, always think they're dead when they sleep so I made sure she was breathing still. And she is..she is a neat bird and has survived one whole night so I think she will be ok and we can let her out Monday I guess...If she knows what is good for her, she will fly, fly far far away...
